By accessing or using DuraFlow Compliance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

DuraFlow Compliance provides CARB emissions testing, certification services, and appointment booking for Canadian carriers. Our services are designed to help carriers meet California Air Resources Board requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicles
• Present vehicles for testing in a safe, operable condition
• Pay for services in accordance with our pricing and payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Certification Limitations

Our certifications are based on the condition of your vehicle at the time of testing. Certification does not guarantee compliance if vehicle conditions change or if regulations are updated. Clients are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in compliant condition.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

DuraFlow Compliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on our website are the property of DuraFlow Compliance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your certification records.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, AB.
